  5 stars for Shannon Jones (I'd give her endless stars if I could) - she is a kind and meticulous aesthetician. She has excellent customer service skills and she has a fun and calming personality. I know that while we're talking and catching up she's also paying careful attention to her work - she's great at multi-tasking. It's an awesome experience with her every single time. If it wasn't for her I would have stopped going to Aurora Medi Spa altogether.
  
  2 stars for Aurora Medi Spa - First impressions are important - It's apparent that Aurora Medi Spa has invested time, energy, and money into decorating the space. It's important to have a nice-looking space (especially when you want to maintain and attract clients). Aurora has the marketing side down so if you're new you'll think, "Wow, fancy. I'm in." Pretty pillows are cool, but even cooler is knowing that I will receive good customer service from everyone, not just from wonderful Shannon Jones.
  
  Aurora Medi Spa: please consider providing your team with customer service training. And please consider scaling back on hounding people to buy stuff.
