  Loved here for 3 years. Constant problems with our dishwasher leaking and the garbage disposable. Based on the mold from the leakage they boarded up the moldy floor with 2X4's. They've replaced the dishwasher with a cheap model which has just caused a huge flood in the kitchen when I tried to take a bath. Complete mess. Maintenance was helpful in cleaning it up but they have come to 'fix' our kitchen problems in several occasions with no end in site. Can't wait to move to apartments where they put their residence first. Constant problems living here.
