  Pre-ordered cookies a day ahead of time to send to girlfriend for Valentine's Day and after being 2 hours late she was asleep (and they said it would likely be yet another hour until delivery). Ruined my surprise and wasted my time. They did give me coupon for free cookies when I cancelled but it's with purchase only and I don't plan on buying anything from them again.
